PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER?
While we strive for perfection, mistakes do occasionally happen and less than stellar quality merchandise does slip through the cracks. We work hard to ensure that every product we send arrives with all necessary parts needed for your item.
IMPORTANT:
Because many of our products use the same type of brackets and timbers but in
different quantities, some boxes may be packed individually to your order and may
not match the exact printing on the box.
First, please check to make sure you have all the packages for the item.
Some products come in several boxes. Open all packages and check all the boxes
you received for the parts (sometimes we put small parts in larger parts boxes to
save space and prevent damage).
Limit 1 replacement per order.
If you still cannot find the part, please let us know. We will need the following information to resolve this for you:
Full Name/Mailing Address
Contact phone number and email address
Order number
Online Retailer where product was purchased
Please send us pictures and/or a description of the damage/defect. A photo may be required to process your request.
We cannot provide replacements for parts that are worn out or damaged through normal use, accident, or rough handling.

PLEASE NOTE: All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 45 days of delivery. If we are notified of your damaged/defective item(s) after 45 days, we will not be able to process your request.
